| major purchase and opting to speak with a live person is beneficial. |

| have booked a package. |
| If you wish to purchase admission tickets by phone, now is the best time to do so. Disney will keep | |
| your purchase on file for when you check-in to your hotel. |
| If you want to use Disney’s Magical Express, give the Cast Member the airline you are flying and the | |
| flight numbers. |
| Explain that you want to make dining reservations and proceed with the list you made. Be as flexible | |
| as possible. If the restaurant is booked, ask what times, if any, are available. |
